Please note that our personal data collection varies depending on your relationship with us, such as if you are a prospective business customer or an individual who has signed up for our health and wellness related offerings.

This includes your username and password if you create an account with us. This also includes your photo if you choose to upload one to your account.
Financial and Transaction Information: Payment and account information to collect payment for our services. We work with a third-party payment processor to collect and process payment card and transaction information. For business customers, we may also collect financial data to provide our finance related insights and services. This includes financial data about your business, like expenses and revenue. This may also include information about your business so that we may facilitate certain business credit opportunities.
Health Information: If you are an individual who signs up for the services, we collect details about your physical and mental health and wellness. This includes your diagnoses and medical history (including existing and past treatments and prescription information as well as family history), demographic data that is relevant to your care (such as date of birth, gender, and race and ethnicity), and other social factors that may affect your health or wellness (like sleep and exercise habits).
Website Activity: We collect information related to your access to and use of our Platform, including the type of browser you use, access times, pages viewed, your IP address, and the page you viewed before and after visiting our Platform.
Device Information: We collect information about the computer or mobile device you use to access our Platform, including the hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.

Platform providers: We engage vendors and consultants to assist with and perform certain functions on our behalf such as: auditing and accounting firms, professional services consultants, providers of data hosting, storage, and analytics services, and IT and security vendors.

Please note that our Platform does not currently recognize “Do Not Track” signals.

We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third party.
How do you protect my personal data?
We take reasonable precautions, including implementing physical and electronic safeguards, to help protect the security and privacy of your personal data. However, please be aware that no means of transmitting data over the internet is 100% secure. Please take steps to protect your own personal data, such as by selecting a unique and complex password for your account.
Cross Border Transfers
You understand that our Platform is hosted in the United States and is intended to be used by individuals located in the United States. If you decide to use the Platform from another country, you acknowledge and agree that any information you submit will be transferred to the United States and may be subject to a different degree of privacy. We may also transfer your data outside of the United States to service providers or as otherwise permitted by this Privacy Policy, and you understand and agree to such a transfer.
Do we collect children’s information?
We will never knowingly request personal data from anyone under the age of 18. Our Platform is not targeted to or intended for use by children. If we learn that we have received personal data from a child under the age of 18 without appropriate parental consent, we will delete that information from our database.
